The compressor unit I just received had the manual, oil and dipstick in a separate package in the box with the compressor. For some reason they sent the wrong dipstick that did not fit my unit. I was able to get it replaced at no charge at my local service center but if I had depended on the wrong dipstick to gage the oil in the unit I would have burned up the compressor and as it says in the manual, you are not covered if you run your units low on oil. Superb compressor - The compressor is great and relatively quiet for what it's rated for and the size. This is probably one of the easier compressors to carry around to job sites. With Emglo's name behind it, this Dewalt compressor should withstand abuse and should last for years. Definitely value for the money.

A REAL contractor grade compressor for the same amount as I paid for this PC. I have NO relationship or incentive to recommend CastAir other than I'm a very satisfied customer. Check them out if you want a REALLY great compressor.
